Tatsu (タツ) is a minor antagonist in the Amusement Park Arc.
Appearance[]
Tatsu is a tall young man with spiky grey hair, black ring-shaped earrings and sunken black eyes with white pupils. He wears a dark purple polo shirt (black in the digital colored manga), pants (navy blue in the digital colored manga) and black shoes (teal in the digital colored manga). Tatsu has navy blue arrow-shaped tattoos under his eyes, however. In the manga, the markings are his eyebags.
He has stitches that go around his neck and down his chest.
Personality[]
Tatsu appears to be a apathetic man that often talks about appeals and didn´t take things seriously (even when he is in a fight) He is always acting in a calm way, especially if Shin attempted to kill him in a roller-coaster.
Abilities[]
Although his full capabilities aren't fully known, Tatsu is quite skilled in the use of poisons, such as when he used an unnamed special substance that was able to both harm and temporarily blind Shin. He's also been shown to be capable of eluding Shin's clairvoyance by simply not thinking of killing, or anything for that matter, allowing him to walk right pass him without issue.
Tatsu uses throwing knives as his signature weapon, but he is also good with pistols.

- The name Tatsu is written in katakana (タツ), which has no special meaning.
