Takamura is a character from Sakamoto Days. He is a powerful assassin and a member of the Order, a group of legendary assassins within the JAA. He also appears in the a previous oneshot by the same author of the manga.
Appearance
Takamura is a seemingly frail, short, old man. He has slick back hair, and his eyes are always closed. He wears a black suit with a white polo as his inner clothing. He sometimes uses his katana as a resting cane when he sits down.
Personality
Takamura never speaks normally, but is still capable (as seen in the oneshot). Instead, he always whispers incomprehensible words. Not much is known as he barely socializes, he seems to only kill people who bears ill-will towards him or have bad intentions.
Abilities
As a member of the order, he is extremely powerful. So powerful, even Slur was hoping that he would be dead during their attempt to take over JAA.
Enhanced Speed and Reflexes: Using his katana, he was fast enough to block a bullet point-blank. He was also capable of slicing his opponents without them even realizing they've been sliced.
Enhanced Strength: Despite his old age, he is quite strong. He was able to casually block an extremely powerful attack from Gaku that caused a shockwave from the impact.
Skills: His main forte is his mastery and skills over his katana. He's so skilled that he doesn't require to fully unsheathe his katana to inflict devastating attacks. He is also capable of cutting the entire area around him in an instant, leaving the entire area decimated, as shown in chapter 38 and 52.
