Natsuki Seba (勢羽夏生,Seba Natsuki?) was an employee of the Okutabi Lab as well as its latest and most successful test subject, he's also a student at the JCC. Natsuki was once a major antagonist in the Lab Arc, but he later on became a supporting character. He is the older brother of Mafuyu Seba.
Natsuki is a tall, fair-skinned and handsome young man who is sporting a lean and lithe build. Natsuki has black eyes with asymmetrical moles underneath them, two underneath his right and one underneath his left.
Natsuki has messy, tousled mid-length dark blue hair with overgrown bangs covering his forehead completely with two pieces of his bangs crisscrossing in-between his eyes.
Natsuki is seen wearing his invisibility suit, which is a shiny dark blue jacket with matching pants that can turn invisible at his whim. But, the suit becomes visible when it comes in contact with water.
When Natsuki's off the invisibility suit, we can see he wears a purpleish T-shirt underneath.
Personality[]
Natsuki is a very lackadaisical man with an attitude to match it. Whether he's on an important mission or even reporting to a superior, he displays a general nonchalant, borderline apathetic personality. He's also the kind of man to call a spade a spade, divulging how the person they abducted was not their proper target despite the risk of incurring Kashima's wrath.
However, despite his carefree nature, Natsuki possesses a good work ethic and is more than capable of some modicum of long-term planning as he wishes to save up enough money so he can retire and, by his admission during his clash with Shin, he doesn't feel right stamping out early when the job isn't done.
Aside from his lackadaisical personality, he cares very deeply about his younger brother, Mafuyu, as he always protected him from their harsh father's abusive treatment and made him a variety of devices to ease their intense training. When pressured by his parents, Natsuki agreed to be sent to the Al-Kamar Orphanage (known for being highly dangerous) in exchange for Mafuyu's safety. He became completely determined to locate and save him after hearing about his abduction by X's Organization.
Skills & Abilities[]
Prodigy Weapon Maker: Natsuki's greatest strength is his ability to create highly intricate gadgets and weapons. Since his childhood, he had already begun showing his talents as he was the one to make his younger brother's Bladed Shoes and multiple gadgets to use for their training. His talent has only grown as he got older with his works being acknowledged by his peers at the JCC to be above theirs. But while he may be a great creator of weapons, he also has had a wave of failures and defective prototypes. However, his efforts yielded positive results which led to his most successful invention, the Invisibility Suit.
Trained Combatant: Natsuki showed himself be a skilled combatant as he was able to contend with Shin and Heisuke, having stabbed Shin multiple times and was able to blitz him once with his Invisibility Suit.
Sharp senses: Natsuki could tell the difference in weight between the biometric Glocks distributed by the JAA and regular Glocks, even if the difference was very small: a chip. His friend said that Natsuki made thousands of weapons every day, so even if the weight difference was small, he could still tell.
Equipment[]

Invisibility Suit: Natsuki's grearest creation thus far. He wears a special, black-colored suit that enables him (or whatever it's covering) to become invisible. Although not overtly dangerous, when combined with Natsuki's intelligence and high-level skills in hand-to-hand combat, it is a deadly weapon.

Liquid Nitrogen Bomb: A small spherical device that once activated releases a large blast of ice freezing the nearby area, it was able to hold Osaragi still for a few seconds. It's downside is it has 2 day reload period.
Etymology[]
The name Natsuki means "summer" (夏) (natsu) and "life, living" (生) (ki).
Natsuki's surname Seba means "momentum, energy, impetus, military strength, spring, bound/rebound, inertia, stimulus, impulse, instant, chance" (勢) (se) and "feather" (羽) (ha/ba).

Natsuki ranked 6th place in the manga's 1st Character Popularity with 4,523, and 5th in the 2nd Character Popularity Poll with 10,926.
Natsuki has officially been given two canonical ages in the manga and character pages, but both the manga and the light novels have cited him as being four years older than Mafuyu, making him 18 in his introduction up until the Assassin Exhibition of the Century Arc, and 19 as of the current manga.
