Kindaka (キンダカ Kindaka?) is the founding member of the Order, alongside Yotsumura. He was an ally of Sakamoto, Nagumo, Rion, and Uzuki in the past. After a confrontation with Uzuki, he was in a coma for over eight years before waking up and allying with Sakamoto and Nagumo.
Appearance[]
Kindaka is a middle-aged man of average build and height with long slicked orange hair, sharp eyebrows, short unshaven beard and sunken black eyes covered by 3D glasses. He wears a striped dark grey sweater under black utility straps accompanied by a pair of black pants in addition to its trademark Lightspeed Shoes.
During his time being in coma, Kindaka wears a greyish-blue hospital shirt.
After awaking from his coma, Kindaka opts for goggles of a similar design to his previous glasses. He also wears different shoes which are laced.
Personality[]
Kindaka proves to be a rather calm man. Even while getting seriously injured by Sakamoto and the others he does not feel any anger towards them and instead makes them an offer. He is also quite considerate when it comes to the lives of innocent civilians, avoiding Uzuki when he thought he did not belong to the group as well as wanting to make the daughter of the Chairman laugh, giving Sakamoto the mission to do so.
History[]
At an unknown time, Kindaka and Yotsumura founded the Order, which at the time, only 4 members were in Japan. The identites and number of members at the time is unknown, however we do know that some of the members he led were Hyo, Yotsumura and Oki.[1] Kindaka used to receive troublesome students that the JCC wanted to get rid off. He either killed them or invited them to join the Order depending on their skill level, as he did with Nagumo, Sakamoto, Rion, and Uzuki.[2]
During the 8 years in his coma, Nagumo provided the expenses for his life support, he also frequently checked up on him. When he woke up, he is told he owes Nagumo 1.15 Billion which he later tries to pay off by hunting down large bounties such as the one placed on Sakamoto. This leads him to meet Sakamoto, Shin, and Heisuke.
At an unknown time after he wakes from his coma, Kindaka reunites with his former colleague and founder of the Order, Satoru Yotsumura.
Relationships[]
Satoru Yotsumura[]
Their exact relationship is unknown, both seem to be on good terms since Kindaka founded the Order along with him as well as keeping contact with him. He also thinks that Yotsumura values his opinion enough to let Sakamoto and the others join back into the JCC if he recommends it.
Etsuko Satoda[]
Kindaka seems to have heard of Satoda though their exact relationship is unknown.
Yoichi Nagumo[]
Kindaka fought nagumo and invited him to the order where he led him on a mission to escort the chairman's wife and daughter. Nagumo seems to consider Kindaka as his friend when he reminisces during his encounter with Uzuki and Takamura. Nagumo provided the expenses for Kindaka's life support and frequently visited him, showing how much Nagumo cares about him. In the present day they seem to be on good terms and currently work together with Sakamoto.
Taro Sakamoto[]
Kindaka and Sakamoto first encountered during their fight, where Sakamoto believes Kindaka gave him valuable insights in fighting. Kindaka recruited Sakamoto to the order and led him on a bodyguard mission. Sakamoto seems to look up to Kindaka as someone who is a good fighter, as he asks him to train him. Currently, Kindaka is playing a role in helping Sakamoto achieve his goal of taking over the JAA.
Sei Asaki[]
Not much is known about Kindaka's relationship with Asaki, however, in Chapter 178, he says that he always hated Asaki.
Shin Asakura and Heisuke Mashimo[]
Kindaka trains both Shin and Heisuke after meeting them.
Skills & Abilities[]
Overall Skill Level: As a former founding member of the Order, Kindaka is one of the strongest known assassins in Japan. Being one of the most formidable assassins at his time and one of the only four members of the Order in Japan, he was trusted by the JAA former chairman and Satoru Yotsumura to escort the chairman's wife and daughter to escape Japan.
Enhanced Speed: In Taro Sakamoto's Past Arc, neither Nagumo nor Sakamoto were able to keep up with his top speed. This is both thanks to his impressive physical abilities as well as the shoes he is wearing that greatly increases his speed. It was only thanks to Uzuki predicting his movement were they able to spot him. One day after Kindaka woke up from his coma, he was able to dodge Shin's "stop" command, likely transferred by electromagnetic waves, which travel close to the speed of light. Oki stated that Kindaka is still the fastest assassin alive with not even he, the current leader of Order, being able to keep up with his speed.
Enhanced Strength: During his fight against Nagumo and Sakamoto, he casually flings them about with minimal effort, even throwing Sakamoto through several layers of stairs.
Enhanced Reflexes: When fighting against Shin and Heisuke, Kindaka was able to react a bullet being fired by Heisuke before dodging.
Enhanced Endurance: Even after spending 8 years in a coma, Kindaka is still capable of performing incredible feats of speed without rehabilitation. Even Oki said that he has still been the fastest assassin alive.

Equipment[]
Onsoku: Labed by himself as "Light Speedshoes" these were a pair of modified velcro sneakers that he claimed to have been needed to travel as fast as he does. However, it is unknown if this is true as after his coma it seems that he hasn't slowed down even with different shoes.
Knife: Kindaka also frequently carries a knife with him which he demonstrates use by distracting Rion during their fight. The knives he carries don't appear to be custom made and differ.
